Abstract submission process

Submit your abstract via details of online submission links below:

Submission Guidelines:

  • Title: Concise and reflective of the content
  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words, clearly outlining the study's objectives, methodology, results, and significance.
  • Keywords: Not more than 5 that best represent the focus of your research.
  • Presenter Information: Name, affiliation, email address, and a brief biography.
  • Paper size not more than 15 pages, Times New Romans, Spacing 1.5, APA 7th Edition

Review process

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Selection will be based on relevance to the conference theme, scientific merit, clarity, and originality.

Accepted Papers:

Notification regarding accepted papers will be provided by the Main Committee upon completion of the review process. Authors of accepted papers will receive detailed instructions on further proceedings.

Accepted Posters:

The poster size must be maximum A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait (see sample image). The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters. Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available. Please check the conference final program for the poster board number assigned to you. Your poster should be displayed as per the number in the program.
